Refund policy
At this time we do not offer returns on our store items.
If you received a product that was sent in error or damaged please send proof with picture via email to thebakerswickcandleco@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt. If a store credit is applicable it will be in the form of a store gift card to The Bakers Wick Candle Co.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We require proof of the damaged item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Also we cannot accept returns on sale/promo items or gift cards.
